Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Quill mobile application ("the App"), a third-party iOS companion app for PostHog.
By downloading, installing, or using Quill, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Quill is a third-party iOS companion application for PostHog. The App provides mobile access to PostHog analytics and features, allowing users to view and interact with their PostHog data on iOS devices.
Quill is not developed, endorsed, or supported by PostHog officially. It is an independent application created to enhance the PostHog experience on mobile devices.
To use Quill, you may need to connect to your existing PostHog account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PostHog account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account when used with Quill.

Quill may collect certain information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to such collection and processing of information.
Quill accesses your PostHog data through the official PostHog API. We do not store your PostHog data on our servers beyond what is necessary for the functioning of the App.
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Quill and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
PostHog and its logo are trademarks of PostHog Ltd. Quill is not affiliated with PostHog Ltd.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will function without interruption or errors, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Quill be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Quill integrates with PostHog services. Your use of PostHog through Quill is subject to PostHog's terms of service and privacy policy.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quill regarding our App and supersede any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.
